4. Orders and Payment

When placing a catering order with Royal Rasoi, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation.

Payment Terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date
• For events booked less than 7 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your order is confirmed and deposit paid, your quoted price is guaranteed.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund of deposit

We reserve the right to cancel service due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

Royal Rasoi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.

We take food safety very seriously and follow strict protocols. However, we cannot guarantee that our food products are free from allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
